Frank L. (Sonny) Mills
Services for Frank L. “Sonny” Mills were held Monday, August 13 at 10 a.m. at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union with the Revs. Claude Creel, Jerry Bennett and Larry Yates officiating. Burial was in Gilmer’s Chapel cemetary with Milling Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Mills, 69, died August 11, 2007 at his home in Conehatta.
Survivors include: His wife, Dorothy Mills, daughter; Shelia Goss, and husband Gwen of Union, sister; Sarah Thames,of Madden, brother; Jimmy Mills, of Madden, grandsons; Bradley Goss and wife Jenny of Union and Cody Goss of Union. He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends.
Mr. Mills was a member of Gilmer Chapel of God. He served for many years as Sunday School Superintendent. His family will remember him as a vey loving husband, father and grandfather.
Pallbearers were Chad Mills, Gary Kiddy, Nelson Yates, Johnny Germany, Michael VanVickle, Bobby Walker, Mike Creel, Mark Buntyn.
Honorary pallbearers were Charles Vivian, Carlton Caples and John Patrick.

Virginia (Jenny) Corrine Dennis Peavy of Newton went peacefully home to her
Lord, August 11, 2007. She was born July 21, 1933. Funeral services were
held at 10 a.m. Monday, August 13, 2007, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in
Forest, MS with burial in Dennis Cemetery in Lake. Rev. Michael Ensign,
pastor of the Trace Ridge Baptist Church of Ridgeland officiated.
