Jim Sims and Mabel Miller are proud to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Jim is a supervisor for the Mississippi Department of Human Services in Jasper County and is the son of Mary Elizabeth Sims and the late Corbitt Sims of Bay Springs.
Mabel is the owner and operator of Miller Gymnastics in Newton and is the daughter of Waurean Wilson and the late A. J. Wilson of Garlandville.
The wedding will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, at Nance Hill in Lawrence.
In case of rain, the service will be held at Newton United Methodist Church at 600 Decatur St., Newton.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
